Buttero leather is a hallmark of Conceria Walpier, crafted in Tuscany under the Pelle Conciata al Vegetale in Toscana designation — Tuscany's protected geographical indication for traditional vegetable-tanned leather. Known for its smooth, dense grain and rich, saturated colour straight off the tannery floor, it holds its structure well while still softening gradually with wear.

With time and use, it ages into a deeper, more lived-in shade.
