Babele leather is produced by Tempesti in Tuscany, using the Pelle Conciata al Vegetale in Toscana designation — Tuscany's protected geographical indication for traditional vegetable-tanned leather, passed down through generations of Tuscan tanners. It carries the depth of tone and natural character typical of vegetable-tanned hides.

It ages gracefully into a richer, more distinctive patina the longer it's worn.
